Domain .УКР can register legal entities without Trademark

From December 4, comes off the fourth stage of priority registrations in the domain .УКР. According to the rules of this phase , in addition to trademark owners can register a domain will have new categories of users.

Domain Registration .УКР will be possible for these categories of users :

Particular attention is the fact that since December 4 , the possibility of registering a domain will have representatives of small and medium business that does not have a registered trademark, but has its registered company name ( company name) . Previous stages of priority registration ( for trademark owners , government agencies , public authorities ) still continue to operate on a level with the opening of new stages registrations.

Domain .УКР - Ukraine is a new domain . Domain registration is available on the Ukrainian and Russian languages. Registration is available for a period of 1 to 10 years .

An application for registration may be submitted today. When you register a domain in accordance with paragraph 5.7.14 ( company name ) , you should send a scanned copy of the certificate of registration for ukr@ukrnames.com, in the subject line , please indicate the order number and the name of the domain on which the copies of the documents sent . This certificate will be attached to the application for registration , which will be sent to the registry.
