1. Second level domain administrator must have the required level of competence in the field of domain names and the procedures for its support, in accordance with international recommendations RFC-1032, 1033, 1034 and 1591; RIPE-007, 105, 114. 3. Registrant second-level domains in the areas of УКР and БЛОГ, shall promptly notify the Registrar of any changes (changes in contact information), IP-address, DNS-servers. Registrar, in turn, notifies the Administrator zones УКР and БЛОГ changes by making entries in a central database. |
