Registrar change.
1. Registrant may transfer function for an amendment in the Register the domain name to the new Registrar, having concluded the treaty with him, and written notice to the acting Registrar. The current registrar is obliged to perform the steps required to transfer its functions to the new Registrar not later than two working days of receipt of the notice of the Administrator.
2. Recorder is released from the active functions Registrar from the moment of the adoption of these new functions of the Registrar.
3. In the event of termination of the contract with the Administrator prior to the expiration of the registration, the Registrar shall, upon the request of the Registrant to transfer its functions to the new Registrar.
4. Upon termination of office of Registrar transfer of its functions to the new Registrar may be the Center for Internet names Ukraine.

1. Transfer of functions to a new Administrator in the following order:
  1. The domain administrator officially notify the current Registrar of its intention to transfer the domain name to the new domain administrator and specifies the data that uniquely identify the latter.
  2. New Registrant must contract with the Registrar of the relevant contract and officially confirm its agreement to administer the domain name transferred to him.
  3. Registrar shall enter in the Register about the new domain name is within two business days after the execution of the old and the new administrators of the domain of actions defined in subparagraphs (1) and (2).
