Information in the Registry, using and changing

1. The registry contains information on Administrators, including their personal data to uniquely identify the ownership of domain names, and other information necessary for the functioning of the system of registration of domain names, ensuring the registration, delegation, renewal and cancellation of registration.

2. The information is stored in the Registry solely for the purpose of the system of registration of domain names and determine whether a registered domain names.

3. Information in the Registry has the following categories:

  1. open to the public information available to the public via a search service, namely:
    1. domain name;
    2. Domain Administrator (full name / name of the legal entity);
    3. Postal address specified Registrant;
    4. e-mail address specified Registrant;
    5. information about the Registrar;
    6. information on the delegation of a domain;
    7. registration period.
  2. Confidential information - any information stored in the Registry, except for information that is open to the public.

4. The applicant (the Registrant), directing the application form to the Registrar agrees to the deployment and use of the information provided in the application:

  1. The Register - in full;
  2. In search service.

5. Information stored in the Registry:

  1. may be used by persons who have access to it on a legal (contractual) basis, solely for the purposes specified in paragraph 2 of the Regulation to change the Registrar and the Registrant, with confidential information not subject to disclosure.
  2. may be used by persons who have access to it on a legal (contractual) basis for purposes other than those referred to in paragraph 2 to change the provisions of the Registrar and the Registrant purposes only with the consent of the owner (Registrant).
  3. can be provided without the consent of its owner only at the request of law enforcement, the judiciary and in other cases stipulated by the legislation of the country's Registrar.
  4. domain administrator is responsible for the inaccuracy of information provided to them and shall promptly inform the Registrar of the change given to them for inclusion in the Register of information.
  5. Registrar may on its own initiative to request the Registrant validate the information contained in the Register. The domain administrator must respond to the requests of the Registrar in the manner and on such terms as the Registrar.
  6. domain administrator has the right to monitor compliance of the information contained in the Register of the application. Registrar at the request of the Registrant must provide complete information about the latest domain administrator contained in the Register.
