Procedure for registration and renewal domain

Center for Internet name of Ukraine carries out the registration and renewal of second-level domains in the areas of УКР and БЛОГ as well as delegate the right to administer them in accordance with the following provisions of the administrative domain zones УКР and БЛОГ.

1. Registration, renewal and the delegation of the second-level УКР and БЛОГ is based on zayavkok Registrars, which, in turn, receive bids from the registrants - individuals and legal entities.

2. Registrar pays Center Ukrainian Internet Names registration fee for registration or renewal of each domain, the equivalent of 6 U.S. (excluding taxes) for one year of registration. Prices for the registrant Registrars define yourself.

3. Registrant is solely responsible for possible violation of trademark rights or other intellectual property, as well as for the conflicts that arise when using the names of other organizations.

4. If the domain name registered by Registrant challenged by any third party, the Registrant will be subject to the terms Dispute Policy .

5. The domain name must use the letters of the Russian alphabet and / or numbers, and dashes.

6. A domain name can not begin or end with a hyphen.

7. Applications for the registration of the domain are rejected in the following cases:

  • declaration domain name already exists and is registered in the name of another registrant;
  • declaration domain name does not match the requirements of paragraphs 3 and 4.

8. Domain registration can be canceled if the domain name contains non-normative components and / or word form the current legislation of Ukraine;

9. Registrants are required to carry out its activities on the use of domains in УКР and БЛОГ, in accordance with current legislation and these Rules.

10. In case of violation of these Rules registrants or registrars of second level domains in the areas of УКР and БЛОГ, Center of Internet names Ukrainian delegation has the right to cancel the registration of a domain or unilaterally.

11. In case of force majeure, namely natural disasters (flood, fire, earthquake, etc.), war or military operations center online name of Ukraine is not responsible for any malfunction of the УКР and БЛОГ.

12. Applications for registration and delegation of the second level in the areas of УКР and БЛОГ host is automated through the RRP Center Internet name of Ukraine.

13. Applications for the registration of domain names are processed in the order received.
