Cancellation of registration

1. Cancellation of registration in the Registry after the expiry of the registration. In this case, the domain name can be registered again.

2. Early cancellation of registration performed by the Registrar prior to the expiration of the registration:

1. at the request of the Registrant;

2. by an enforceable decision:

finds that the administration domain by its Registrant violates the plaintiff's rights
