This Policy sets forth the terms and conditions of data backup provided by LLC "Center of Ukrainian Internet names" (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor") to the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Customer").
1. The Contractor shall not provide the service of the mandatory data backup of the Customer for the services of shared hosting. VPS, VDS, dedicated servers and other services, except as otherwise provided.
2. The Customer shall be obliged to perform data backup by himself/herself according to its own schedule and at its own expense.
3. The Contractor may have data backups at its disposal (backups may be made in the event of emergencies or failures without additional agreement with the Customer). The Contractor may provide data of its disposal on the Customer's request. The Contractor shall not be liable for the content of the data in the existing backups.
4. The customer may request to restore data from his backup. In order to do this, the Customer must provide a backup copy or a link to its download and describe what data must be restored from backup. If the restoration process exceeds 1 (one) hour, the Contractor's overtime is paid by the Customer.
