Successful ICANN Review: UKRNAMES Registrar Renews its Accreditation for 5 Years

06.02.2024

Domain name registrar Center of Ukrainian Internet Names (UKRNAMES) has successfully passed the International Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) audit for compliance with the requirements for international domain registrars. The Registration of Accreditation (RAA) has been renewed for 5 years, thereby confirming the company's high level of compliance with ICANN standards.

Pursuant to the 2013 Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA), ICANN accreditation is granted for a period of five (5) years. To renew accreditation, each registrar must renew its accreditation before the end of the five-year period. Accreditation may be renewed if ICANN determines that the registrar meets the requirements of Section 5.2 of the RAA.

ICANN confirms that the Center of Ukrainian Internet Names (UKRNAMES), with IANA ID 1436, meets the criteria for renewal of accreditation, and its accreditation has been renewed for the period provided for by the automatic renewal procedure under the 2013 RAA.

New accreditation expiration date: January 24, 2029.

This successful renewal of accreditation confirms UKRNAMES' ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest international standards in domain name registration and maintains its position as a trusted partner to clients around the world.
