The concept of domain. RBM submitted for public discussion

Ukrainian Network Information Center presented for public comment a draft concept of the domain .УКР and appeals to the Ukrainian local and global Internet community to express their opinions and to make observations and comments on the document.

The concept of the domain .УКР developed to provide guidance for registration of domain names in the .УКР for the next 10 years, the definition of actors in the administration of domain support .УКР and involvement in the process of the various parties Ukrainian Internet community. On the basis of this concept will be developed and proposed rules for public comment postings and use of the domain names in the domain .УКР technical regulations, accreditation requirements for domain name registrars in the domain .УКР, the rules and procedures of court settlement of domain name disputes.

Comments, observations and suggestions to the concept of a domain .УКР may be granted up to 30 April 2013. After processing USITS publish the final text of the Concept of the domain .УКР to public support of which will be able to join the interested public organizations (associations), professional associations Internet businesses, public authorities, whose activities are related to the field of telecommunications and information systems in Ukraine.

The text of the draft Concept of the domain .УКР will be published on the site USITS ( http://uanic.net ), the support site domain creation process .УКР ( http://dotukr.com ), sites of the National Commission, responsible for state regulation in the field of communication and information (http://nkrzi.gov.ua), online State Agency on Science, Innovations and Informatization (http://dknii.gov.ua). The text of the Concept of the domain .УКР may be freely distributed and published on any other sites on the Internet.
